At Cinnamon Brow CE Primary School, we believe that children flourish when strong relationships exist between school, home and church. Our commitment to Growing Faith reflects our Christian vision of providing every child and family with hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11).

Growing Faith is a Church of England initiative that recognises the important role that families, schools and churches play in nurturing children's spiritual development. How We Promote Growing Faith

We support Growing Faith through:

Daily Collective Worship.
Opportunities for prayer and reflection.
Strong partnerships with Christ Church Padgate and Cinnamon Brow Life Church.
Church services throughout the year, including Harvest, Christmas and Easter celebrations.
FLOURISH Worship Communities.
Family-focused events and celebrations.
Pupil leadership opportunities within worship and church services.
Religious Education that encourages curiosity, discussion and reflection.
Opportunities for children to explore their own beliefs whilst respecting the beliefs of others.

School, Home and Church Working Together

Growing Faith is most effective when school, home and church work in partnership. We are committed to building strong relationships with our families and church communities so that children experience consistent messages of hope, love, compassion and service.

Our church partnerships enrich school life through collective worship, church services, community events and opportunities for families to engage with the wider Christian community.

Pupil Leadership and Faith Development

Children are encouraged to take an active role in the spiritual life of the school. Through worship leadership, participation in church services and involvement in FLOURISH Worship Communities, pupils develop confidence, responsibility and a deeper understanding of Christian faith.

By giving children a voice and opportunities to lead, we help them to recognise that they can make a valuable contribution to both their school and the wider community.
